Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Taste Magic, we strive to provide the best vegetarian catering and food delivery services. Since our food is freshly prepared for every order, we follow the below cancellation and refund policy:

1. Daily Meal Orders
  • Once confirmed, daily meal orders (breakfast, lunch, dinner) cannot be cancelled or refunded.

  • If you wish to modify the delivery time or address, please contact us immediately on WhatsApp. We will try to accommodate your request if possible.

2. Event Catering Orders

For events such as marriage receptions, buffet dinners, birthday parties, upanayanam, shashtyaddpoorthi, sathabhishekam, seemantham, office gatherings, and others, cancellations and refunds are subject to the following rules:

  • More than 7 days before event date – 80% of advance payment will be refunded.

  • 3 to 6 days before event date – 50% of advance payment will be refunded.

  • Less than 3 days before event date – No refund.

3. Non-Refundable Items
  • Once food has been prepared and dispatched, no refunds will be issued.

  • Delivery charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

4. Order Rejections & Failed Deliveries
  • If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address or unavailability of the customer, the order will be treated as delivered and no refund will be processed.

  • In case of genuine issues from our side (e.g., unavoidable cancellation, major delays, non-delivery), full or partial refunds may be provided at our discretion.

5. Refund Process
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original mode of payment (UPI/Bank Transfer, etc.).

  • Customers will be notified once the refund is initiated.

6. Force Majeure

Taste Magic will not be held liable for cancellations or delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as natural calamities, strikes, accidents, or platform disruptions (e.g., WhatsApp service outages).
