At Taste Magic, we are committed to delivering freshly prepared vegetarian meals and catering orders on time. This policy outlines our delivery process, timelines, and responsibilities.

1. Daily Food Delivery

• Availability: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner orders are delivered as per the time slots selected by the customer during booking.

• Order Placement: All orders must be placed in advance via WhatsApp to ensure timely preparation and delivery.

• Delivery Timings:

  • Breakfast: 7:00 AM – 9:30 AM

  • Lunch: 11:30 AM – 2:30 PM

  • Dinner: 6:30 PM – 9:00 PM

• Delivery times may vary slightly depending on location, traffic, and weather.

2. Event Catering Delivery

• For marriage functions, receptions, buffet dinners, birthday parties, upanayanam, shashtyaddpoorthi, sathabhishekam, seemantham, office gatherings, and other events, delivery and setup will be scheduled as per the agreed event time.

• Our team ensures that food is delivered fresh and on time. Any special requirements (e.g., early setup, multiple meal sessions) must be informed in advance.

3. Delivery Areas

• While we strive for timely delivery, unexpected factors such as heavy traffic, strikes, natural calamities, or technical issues (e.g., WhatsApp service disruption) may cause delays.

• In such cases, we will inform customers promptly.
