Welcome to Taste Magic. By using our catering and delivery services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Orders & Payments

• All orders must be placed in advance through WhatsApp on the official Taste Magic number.

• Full payment or advance payment may be required to confirm large event bookings.

• We accept payments via UPI, bank transfer, and other approved payment methods.

2. Delivery Policy

• Daily food delivery (breakfast, lunch, dinner) is available as per the pre-booked order slots.

• Delivery times may vary depending on traffic, weather, and order volume.

• Customers must provide accurate delivery details. Taste Magic is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or unavailability of the customer.

3. Event Catering Services

• For functions such as marriage receptions, buffet dinners, birthday parties, upanayanam, shashtyaddpoorthi, sathabhishekam, seemantham, office gatherings, etc., customized menus and pricing will be provided.

• A booking confirmation requires advance payment. Balance must be cleared before or on the event date.

• Any last-minute changes in guest count or menu are subject to availability and additional charges.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Daily meal orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled or refunded.

• Event catering cancellations:

  • More than 7 days before the event – 80% refund of advance.

  • 3–6 days before the event – 50% refund of advance.

  • Less than 3 days before the event – No refund.

5. Food Quality & Liability

• All food is prepared in a hygienic kitchen using fresh vegetarian ingredients.

• Taste Magic is not responsible for any allergic reactions. Customers must inform us in advance of any dietary restrictions or allergies.

• Once food is delivered and accepted, Taste Magic is not liable for spoilage due to improper handling or storage by the customer.

6. Force Majeure

• Taste Magic shall not be held responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, accidents, or platform disruptions (e.g., WhatsApp service outages).

7. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

• By using our services, you agree to abide by these terms.
